Our genuine art nouveau mansion was built in 1913 and is situated in a beautiful and quiet green area of Vienna. The villa is further located right next to mountain Maurer on a bank, about 50 metres away from the street.

Because of the great connection to the city centre it is the ideal starting point when exploring the inner city of Vienna.

The representative building is aligned southward and is surrounded by a large park of approximately 5000 sqm with many stunningly old trees. Only a few walking minutes away, the Vienna Woods as well as numerous vineyards offer plenty of space for long walks and hikes.
This way, your vacation in Vienna can offer not only culture but also relaxation at the same time.
